FAQ

  • The event will open at 12 pm on Thursday on and entertainment will start shortly after. The entertainment will finish by 1pm Sunday but guests will be welcome to stay until Monday, Site will officially close at lunchtime on Monday morning. Day tickets take you up until midnight on the day of your entry, if you want to stay after that then you will need to buy a ticket for the following day also.

  • There will be generators running the stages and stalls, it is likely you'll be able to find somewhere to charge your devices however there is no official charging station. There will be wifi available in the bar area and most networks get great coverage on the site.

  • Toilets will be available throughout the weekend.

There are not any public showers on site.

  • Water is available from a mains stand pipe. The water has been tested and is fit for consumption, however if you are not happy with this as drinking water there will be plenty available at the various bars and stalls on site.

  • No BBQ'S, firepits or open fires will be allowed on site. We are quite strict on that as we are near heathland and it tends to be a very dry time of year. We have permission for a singular, stewarded fire pit so you are welcome to join the masses around the fire for songs and tales through the night.

  • Yes, we are very welcoming of dogs!! However, what we do ask is that you are sensible about your choice to bring the dog(s). All dogs must remain on leads throughout the weekend as we have lots of moving parts around the festival and the last thing anyone wants is a trip to the vet. Also if your dog is people or dog reactive, or is renowned for barking all night at strange noises we'd prefer you made other arrangements for them on that weekend.

(If any dogs, ferrets, cat, goldfish or golden eagle, are deemed by staff to be unsafe, disruptive or not to be on a lead multiple times, then we will ask for the animal to be taken off-site.)

  • We will have a wide range of food stalls on site, all reasonably priced and all able to cater to various needs, from allergies to food preferences we think we should have most people covered. If you are struggling, then just ask for Andre and I'll get you sorted no worries.

  • Don't Panic, we've got you covered. At Summer Camp out we set the site out to have a family camping end where the music finishes a little earlier and is away from the campfire, and we have an adult end near the dance arena which is for those that settle in a bit later. We also have security who will make sure there are not any after-parties going on in the family end that will disturb you. We are parents ourselves. We understand!

  • Right, left, no.... right.... OK, so we are in a beautiful part of Dorset near Colehill in Wimborne. We have a large field on a dairy farm. The postcode is BH217BD. If you follow this it'll get you nearby and you'll see signs taking you to exactly the right spot. Any issues, feel free to call us using the number on the flyer.

  • Yes, yes please, make yourselves at home. We don't have mains plug-ins but you are welcome to bring them and there is no extra cost for that at all.

  • All parking is onsite, we would encourage lift sharing where possible, because it helps keep traffic down locally and is eco friendly, but there is plenty of room for parking. We do close the gates to the car park at midnight to make sure traffic noise in the area is minimum and we don't want anyone making bad decisions regarding driving when they shouldn't.

  • Yes you can but we would ask you to make sure you support the bar and keep it in the campsite. We try to keep it as cheap as is humanly possible. Security will be managing the ‘No drinks in the area policy’.

    NO GLASS ON SITE PLEASE
